Welcome to The United States in 7 Glasses – The World of Wine Series.

Even though the history of wine production in the United States only goes back 150 years or so, it was an incredible 150 years. From New York State to Puget Sound and spanning from before the Gold Rush past the invention of Instagram, much of the history of this nation echos through its wine. It’s a beautiful story that leads us, for now, to the question, what’s next?

This is always a fun class, full of beautiful contradictions and colorful people as we traverse through Sonoma, Washington, Oregon and beyond and we’ll do it all in just 7 glasses.

Our World Of Wine class series introduces 100 wines from 100 of the world’s most famous appellations. As with all of our events, we use wine as a way to connect dots. We draw lines between flavors, farming, culture, and beyond. It’s a way to sip wine and engage the world in ways that that can be sometimes hilarious, at times deadly serious, but most importantly, always intoxicatingly interesting.
