Triennes Rose 2025
$22.99
Triennes was founded by Burgundian vigneron's Aubert de Villaine of Domaine Romanée Conti fame and Jacques Seysses of Dujac fame. For the Triennes project they farm the limestone hills of the Var located in Provence along the Mediterranean coast.
The rose is composed of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Merlot. The nose shows pretty aromas of white flowers and wild strawberries and the light to medium bodied plate delivers raspberry fruit with notes of refreshing minerality. This will be the perfect Apero rose to get your Summer in Provence rolling.
St. Magdeleine Mediterranee Blanc 2024
$32.99
This spectacular winery is based in Cassis, a small Provencal fishing town in Southern France forty five minutes east of Marseille by car. The vigneron Jonathan Sack who is the president of the Cassis AOC has spearheaded a movement towards organic and sustainable viticulture and produces what many believe to be the best wines of the region. The Mediterranee Blanc is sourced from the village of Ceyreste between La Ciotat and Cassis in Provence. It is composed of Vermentino, Ugni Blanc, and Clarette. A subtle salinity on the nose leads to a meyer lemon rind and kaffir lime leaf with the palate opening further towards a softer, buttered lemon and caper that will pair amazingly well with Branzino en Papillote.
Vietti Moscato d'Asti 2025
$22.99
Vietti maintains attention to detail in all aspects of winemaking from their exceptional Barolo crus down to their delicious Moscato D'Asti. The nose shows aromas of rose petal and peach and the light to medium bodied, lightly frizzante palate delivers apricot fruit without cloying sweetness. The perfect pairing for the semifreddo.
